ORDERS SHIP

Economy Shipping: 1-5 business days after an order is placed.
Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days after an order is placed.
Express Shipping: 1 business day after an order is placed.

Most orders leave our studio 1 business day after an order is placed. However, we sometimes make products to order—these orders will leave a bit later. We ship most orders via USPS—some larger packages ship via UPS or FedEx. Orders shipped via USPS arrive within 1-3 business days and orders shipped via UPS/FedEx arrive within 1-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!*

*Excludes custom and bulk orders which take up to 10 business days to produce.

International Shipping

We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Wave Fragrance have no control over these circumstances. 

Refunds + Exchanges

At Wave Fragrance design studio, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our products cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Wave Fragrance Design Studio within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another product of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping please submit the photos of your shipping label, shipping box, and the damaged product. We will guide you through the rest part.
